Senior ServiceNow Consultant

This is a leadership role for an experienced consultant with expertise in IT Service Management, Configuration Management Database, and IT Asset Management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance in ServiceNow development.
  • Drive best practices across CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM architecture.
  • Lead integration initiatives to align IT processes with business objectives.
Key Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years' experience in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform development.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations and custom application development.
  • Strong technical proficiency across ITAM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules.

ServiceNow Technical Lead Role: As a senior consultant, you will provide technical direction to the team, drive innovation, and ensure that our clients receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.

Desired Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
