Senior Paediatric Registrar

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Paediatric Registrar to join our dynamic team in General Paediatrics with a Perinatal Component and Community Paediatrics. This is an outstanding opportunity for advanced trainees to develop their skills and expertise in a vibrant tropical location.

This role offers considerable flexibility to accommodate the special interests and advanced training plan of the trainee, with opportunities for six-month terms in community/developmental paediatrics, leadership roles, and research. Our paediatric unit takes around 5000 admissions/year, with a regional referral service and a team of experienced paediatricians and registrars.
About the HospitalThis is a level 2 hospital with 354 beds, 24-hour cardiac intervention, trauma service, and medical specialties including Respiratory, Nephrology, Neurology, Endocrine, Rheumatology, and Oncology. The hospital has been redeveloped at a cost of $408 million, featuring leading-edge technology and a digital hospital with an integrated electronic medical record.

Requirements- Successful completion of the FRACP paediatric clinical and written exam or equivalent with RACP certification
