About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our depot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, while maintaining accurate stock controls and ensuring safe forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of containers, including local and international removals.
  • Ensure accurate stock controls, including inventory management and reporting.
  • Provide daily activity and productivity reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Forklift licence essential.
  • Minimum MR licence is essential.
  • Experience in conventional and reach forklifts.
  • Industry experience desirable.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
