Unlocking Exceptional Facilities Experience

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced facilities professional to excel in managing our brand-new conference and events floor, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily operation and management of our conference and events floor
  • Visitor management for all incoming clients, guests, contractors, and staff to the building
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met for anyone visiting our tenancy

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess highly developed skills in the hospitality sector, intermediate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and prior experience in managing or supporting building management services.

They will also be able to work autonomously, using initiative and with limited supervision, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
