About the Role:
  • To support the development of individual observations and planning for suitable experiences.

  • To build strong relationships with children and parents to develop trust and confidence.
  • To commit to ongoing professional development and apply learning to the program.
About You:
  • Hold ACECQA-approved qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Possess an unrestricted Working with Vulnerable People Card.
  • Demonstrate full-time working rights.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Showcase ability to inspire and mentor educators to achieve best practices.
  • Demonstrate commitment to supporting children's learning and confidence through engaging activities.
  • Show ability to build strong connections with children, families, and team members.
  • Highlight relevant work experience in a similar role.
