Food Service Team Member

Job Description:

As a valued member of our food service team, you will play a key role in serving nourishing meals to our residents. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our kitchen areas.

Our residents rely on us to provide them with high-quality care and support. As a food service team member, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives by providing them with delicious and nutritious meals.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food to residents
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of kitchen areas
  • Support dietary needs and meal choices
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have empathy and be able to interact respectfully with elderly residents. You will also need to have attention to detail and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Qualifications:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
  • Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
  • Hospitality or customer service experience
