About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a member of our Sales Engineering Team, you will play a crucial role in developing opportunities and driving sales of Juniper solutions into Commercial and Enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Augment account teams with solution consulting to customers, focusing on select enterprise accounts.
  • Develop trusted partner relationships with customers and partners that foster long-term business relationships.
  • Communicate key issues and advise customers on short- and long-term product directions.
  • Understand and influence customer requirements and translate those into Juniper Solutions.
  • Drive technical proof of concepts (POCs) and demonstrations that successfully showcase solution benefits and customer value.
Requirements
  • Proficiently understand pre-sales engineering process and sales processes applied to enterprise or commercial accounts.
  • Demonstrated strong written, oral, and presentation skills to discuss highly technical concepts to various audiences, including executive-level technical decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with advanced enterprise solutions and architectures, including AI operations, Campus Ethernet and WLAN architectures, and/or broader enterprise secure data centre solutions.
