Customer Value Marketing Manager Role

Aquent is hiring a Customer Value Marketing Manager in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working (WFH 2 days).

Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney, NSW

You will take ownership of 1:1 communications for multiple brands, as part of a market-leading pet care organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end campaign management in CRM or Marketing Automation within the services industry
  • Data-driven personalisation and segmentation of customer data with a test-and-learn approach
  • Copywriting for EDM and SMS communications
  • Collaborate with CRM, Data and Design teams to execute campaigns; manage stakeholder relationships
  • Operate effectively in a large, fast-paced business, juggling multiple campaigns and working autonomously
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in 1:1 communications and end-to-end campaign management, with a CRM/Marketing Automation background
  • Data-driven with experience in personalisation and segmentation
  • Copywriting skills for EDM & SMS
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment
