Site Maintenance Supervisor

A highly skilled and experienced Site Maintenance Supervisor is required to oversee a team of professionals in the landscaping industry.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in Parks and Gardens, excellent communication and management skills, and a tertiary qualified background.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-grade amenity turf, overseeing the completion of all landscape maintenance duties, and providing guidance and training to Apprentices.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining high-grade amenity turf.
  • Oversee the completion of all landscape maintenance duties completed by your team.
  • Training and development to assist you to grow as a People Manager.
  • Providing guidance, training, and support to Apprentices.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Previous team leading/supervisory experience and sound horticulture knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • A confident leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Certificate III in Parks and Gardens.
  • Manual Drivers license, WHS White Card, National Police Check, and Blue Card (or willing to obtain).
  • Covid Vaccinated.
