Our salary package includes:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $29.06 to $32.56 + super
  • A travel allowance of $0.92 per KM, plus paid travel time
  • The opportunity to upskill and progress your career
  • Part-time or casual contracts available
  • Additional yearly well-being, community, and deep listening leave days
  • 14 weeks of paid parental leave, with equal benefit for both parents, plus our Bump to Baby program

What You'll Do

You will perform personal care duties including showering, feeding, and toileting; assist with oral medication; provide social support such as accompanying clients to doctor appointments, shopping, and social outings; and offer domestic assistance like cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, bed making, and meal preparation.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A compassionate and empathetic approach
  • A reliable car and Australian driver's license
  • Vaccination against COVID-19 (2 doses)
  • 12+ months of personal care experience required
  • Cert III in Individual Support will be highly regarded – we can help you obtain it through our traineeships program, covering all fees
