Site Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee all logistics system installation, implementation, and commissioning activities at customer sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring cost control, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

A key aspect of this role is effective communication with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule installation, implementation, and commissioning activities on customer sites through to final testing.
  • Coordinate and supervise the team assigned to the project.
  • Evaluate and manage project risks, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain consistent and timely communication between the customer and E80 Group.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and customer to manage project changes.
  • Ensure compliance with site safety regulations in collaboration with the company's HSE officer.
Requirements:
  • An Engineering degree or technical diploma, supported by at least 2 years of proven experience in this or a comparable role within the automation industry.
  • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, resource planning tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong team leadership and organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work in shifts and willingness to travel extensively across Australia and internationally.
  • Keen interest in industrial automation and complex systems management.
Other Requirements:
  • Desire to make a difference and represent E80 Group in front of the Customer.
  • English (advanced or native level) with excellent communication skills.
  • Permanent rights to work in Australia, with no restrictions.
  • Valid driver's license and car owner.
