Sales Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice and guidance on tile and bathroom ware products to customers
- Process sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth
- Assist with day-to-day administration tasks, including receiving deliveries and maintaining store displays
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or construction industry
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Administrative skills and familiarity with technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy products, as required
