Role Overview:

Customer Remediation Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Professional to join our Customer Remediation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the timely analysis and remediation of customer events by understanding priority and criticality, sourcing data from various environments, highlighting potential technology changes, obtaining data to identify impacted customers, and providing input into event triage and prioritization.
  • Create analytical tools and models to quantify customer impact and develop financial calculators to determine appropriate customer compensation.
  • Manage risk mitigation and compliance in all analytical activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and visualization using tools like SQL and Python.
  • Strong understanding of data interpretation and report creation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and find solutions proactively.
