We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the trade and be able to provide high-quality workmanship.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and match colours to ensure an accurate finish.
  • Build and maintain a colour library for future reference.
  • Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles according to job sheet requirements.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to achieve a showroom finish.
  • Carefully handle vehicles at all times.
  • Note any additional paintwork required beyond the initial quote.
  • Report any damage or poor previous repairs to the production manager.
  • Keep work areas clean and tidy.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to apprentices when required.
About You
  • You must be a qualified Spray Painter with at least 3 years of experience in the trade.
  • You should have a strong commitment to working safely and efficiently.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others.
  • You must have high attention to detail and be able to meet strict deadlines.
  • You should be reliable, punctual, and hardworking, with your own tools to fulfill the role.
