Job Opportunity: Mixology Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled mixologist to join our dynamic team at an outdoor bar. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a talented group of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a great experience for patrons by delivering exceptional beverage expertise
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including sweeping, mopping, and performing other tasks as needed
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including beers, cocktails, and spirits, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Assist with events and parties, including setup and cleanup, showcasing flexibility and adaptability
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and work well under pressure, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of bartending experience, preferably in a similar setting
  • Solid knowledge of beers, cocktails, and spirits, with a strong passion for mixing creative concoctions
  • A can-do attitude and zero ego, combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills

Working Conditions:

The outdoor bar is a converted car park with a unique atmosphere, featuring boutique beers, spirits, and wine, as well as art, projections, and music.
