About the Role

This position involves providing comprehensive care to trees and shrubs on various landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nature and be eager to learn and grow.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inspect plant material to identify potential problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Diagnose issues and recommend treatments based on knowledge of tree and plant identification.
  • Operate spray and application equipment safely and properly.
  • Interact with clients to educate them on their landscape's condition and provide written diagnostic reports.
Requirements:
  • A desire to grow and learn, with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Experience with tree or plant identification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safe and proper use of spray and application equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly, with excellent listening and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license, CDL is a plus.
