About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Healthcare Professionals Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative brand strategies and tactics to drive sales growth and increase market share.

Reporting to the Portfolio Lead, you will work closely with the Sales team to deliver outstanding business results for our market-leading products within the Specialty portfolio. Your expertise in marketing and brand development will be essential in creating impactful campaigns and collateral that resonate with customers and key opinion leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and brand plans to drive business growth
  • Partner with the Sales team to uncover patient needs and develop targeted marketing strategies
  • Deliver marketing materials, programs, and actions that support the Field Sales Team
  • Support the Marketing Team in leading local launch strategies and product innovation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Specialty Pharmaceutical Marketing experience
  • Previous Pharmaceutical Sales experience
  • Exposure to Diabetes and/or Immunology portfolio
  • Product launch experience
  • Tenacious and resilient mindset
  • Agile learning approach
  • Collaborative team player mentality
  • Robust forecasting skills
  • Strong analytics capabilities
