Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Auto & General, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized solutions for customers of at-fault third-party providers (TPs). Your primary objective will be to educate, negotiate, and provide suitable resolutions for their unique circumstances, ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To proactively contact TP customers to obtain critical information, thereby ensuring the best possible recovery outcome.
- To maximize contact rates with TPs, thereby ensuring all recovery opportunities are managed to their fullest extent.
- To possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively and confidently with conflict.
- To demonstrate a sharp eye for detail, effective time management capabilities, and confidence in decision-making.
- To be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
Requirements:
- No prior insurance experience is required, but a well-grounded understanding of negotiation and communication principles is essential.
