BIM Manager Job Description

As a BIM Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM management plans, assessing and auditing models, and providing technical support to project teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of complex construction projects across various sectors, including building and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM management plans for bid and project teams;
  • Assess and audit models for project teams and provide reports on status and compliance;
  • Provide technical support and practical training in utilising BIM information with digital tools;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in BIM management within the building construction industry;
  • Ability to follow, implement and improve custom company and project BIM processes;
  • Working knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC and Drafting Standards;
  • Proficient computer skills, including in relevant software programs;
