Responsibilities:
- Tendering and Bid Management:
- Manage the bid approval process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for all tenders to identify potential commercial, technical, and financial risks.
- Work closely with engineering, legal, and financial teams to ensure all aspects of tenders are accurately represented.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Support the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients and partners to secure favourable terms and conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial management role within the engineering or construction industry, energy resources.
- Previous in-house legal experience is also suitable.
- Experience in tendering and bid management, preferably for large-scale engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of contract law and risk allocation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant commercial management software.
