Workshop Operations Manager

As a workshop coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of our team. You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure targets are met.
This position is based locally, and the successful candidate will be required to reside in Emerald.
The ideal candidate will have a fabrication trade qualification with site and workshop experience, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
You will be responsible for coordinating local site jobs, including working with Local Councils, Mine Sites, and Government Entities.
Adherence to safety and quality standards is paramount, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
RequirementsWe are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
- Fabrication trade qualification with site and workshop experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of computer-based programs
We offer a competitive hourly rate, superannuation paid at 12%, and five weeks' annual leave. We also provide a supportive management environment that values your input and contributions.
