We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Casual Social Workers. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive and integrated health services to the local community.

About the Role:

  • You will work under the direct supervision of an experienced Social Worker, contributing to the delivery of a range of health services tailored to the needs of our community.
  • In this position, you will utilise a combination of preventative, early intervention, treatment/therapy, and evaluation approaches to support individuals and families.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing person-centered care to clients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and service providers.
  • Assessing client needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client outcomes.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to the development of comprehensive care plans.

Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in Social Work and eligibility for practicing membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
