About Our Client

EDT Global Pty Ltd. is a leading accounting and advisory firm seeking an experienced Forensic Accounting Senior Consultant to join their team of supportive, motivated experts. This opportunity presents a chance to work on various forensic engagements, including commercial loss and damage claims, contentious valuations, and insurance events. The successful candidate will oversee the management and daily operations of engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, meeting their needs through effective communication and expert advice.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of business financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
  • Provide expert guidance on forensic engagements, including business valuations, commercial loss and damage claims, insurance events, and accounting reviews and investigations.
  • Oversee the management and daily operations of engagements, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Perform research and analysis of various business, industry, and economic data, staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage teams, including training and mentoring, to ensure skill development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary degree with an Accounting Major.
  • Completed CA or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Salary and Benefits
Estimated salary $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Salary details are negotiable based on individual circumstances. Additional benefits include professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive remuneration package.
