Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a forward-thinking e-commerce agency, we deliver exceptional results for our clients by creating high-quality digital experiences.

You will lead the design and implementation of complex features, act as a technical escalation point for others, and contribute significantly to projects across the agency.

About the Role:
  • You will lead the development of scalable, high-performance React applications.
  • Architecting complex solutions that balance usability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Overseeing and contributing to the delivery of work by other developers across accounts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver technical solutions.
  • Acting as a mentor and go-to technical escalation point within the team.
  • Driving best practices through code reviews, documentation, and technical leadership.
  • Identifying risks, managing dependencies, and simplifying complex challenges.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, specifically with React or similar technologies.
  • Deep expertise in NextJS, TypeScript, and front-end architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex frontend systems.
  • Experience with automated testing libraries and design systems.
  • A strong understanding of cloud-based services and modern deployment workflows.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Experience reviewing code, mentoring others, and championing best practice.
  • A passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and growing those around you.
  • Bonus: Experience working with Commercetools or Shopify.
