Senior Insurance Lawyer Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for a seasoned lawyer to take on a challenging role in our Insurance team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with experienced Partners who are recognised as experts in their field. As a Senior Associate, you will provide advice on indemnity, liability, quantum and strategy for resolution and defending claims against solicitors, barristers, engineers, construction professionals, accountants and other financial services, estate agents and medical practitioners.
- Key responsibilities include managing files, meeting deadlines and preparing documents
- Reviewing evidence and advising on indemnity, liability and quantum
- Communicating with clients through written and verbal correspondence
- Identifying issues, briefing experts and analysing opinion
- Preparing court documents, including statements of evidence
- Drafting correspondence and communicating with other practitioners
- Managing online processes and representing the firm in Court
- Briefing and liaising with counsel
- Contributing to business development and nurturing client relationships
The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years' post admission experience. While prior insurance experience is advantageous, it's not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who bring strong expertise in litigation, construction or regulatory law.
