We are seeking a Placement Liaison Officer to join our team, responsible for supporting students throughout their placement programs. This involves using your industry experience and expertise to assist students in meeting expectations and thriving through these experiences.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing relationships with stakeholders to secure student placements.
  • Acting as the primary contact for fieldwork placements, coordinating student support and evaluating activities.
  • Organizing student information sessions, orientation presentations, and ensuring liaison services meet compliance standards.
  • Managing placement records, assessing student performance, and identifying and addressing any placement issues promptly.
  • Complying with organizational policies and contributing to team meetings and professional development initiatives.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Holds a Post Grad degree or higher in community work, social welfare, human services, Psychology or related fields.
  • Three or more years of relevant industry experience.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development with at least 20 hours annually.
  • Demonstrates leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in data entry, database management, and online learning platforms, with strong report writing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision.
