Our company is seeking a skilled Pooled Services Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our swimming pool facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily checks and maintenance tasks on the hotel's infrastructure and swimming pool facilities.
  • Combine general maintenance responsibilities with specialized care of pools, spas, and associated equipment, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance at all times.
  • Keep our resort looking great by performing tasks such as painting touchups, fixing issues, and conducting routine checks.
  • Use problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure our 100+ acre resort remains in top condition.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Anticipate and attend to guests' needs immediately.
  • Offer a warm and friendly greeting to hotel guests.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure quality and timeliness of work.
  • Take initiative in all aspects of Engineering Department operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all defects, maintenance activities, and pool chemical records.
  • Communicate all urgent and/or safety-related issues to the Maintenance Manager.
