Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solution Architect to oversee the management of our cloud-based infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding our operations and ensuring seamless delivery processes.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Customer Experience: Deliver efficient services and maintain a consistent customer experience.
  2. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate customer risks, address challenges, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise

  1. Subject Matter Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge and contribute to global communities.
  2. Industry Best Practices: Advise the team on industry best practices and represent our solutions through presentations and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • 3+ years of people management experience managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
