We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ESD Team Lead to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and project delivery.
#### Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects with strong support, contributing to the expansion of our portfolio
* Collaborate with project Directors to manage planning, resourcing, financial performance, and training initiatives
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainability in the built environment sector
* Foster a culture of respect and celebration of diversity within the team
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
#### Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a built environment-related field
* Significant experience in sustainability consulting within the built environment sector
* Ability to lead projects and junior staff, positively representing the business
* Team leadership skills, managing career development, engagement, and workload
* Project management skills, ensuring delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and invoicing
* Business development skills, managing proposals and fostering client relationships
* Experience with certification schemes like Green Star, NABERS, and WELL Building Standard
