Signcraft Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Signcraft Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in both the production and installation processes, utilizing your expertise to deliver top-notch signage solutions to our valued clients.

As a trusted provider of custom signage solutions, we serve businesses throughout Western Australia with high-quality and innovative signage products. We are committed to excellence in craftsmanship and customer service, ensuring our clients' visual communication needs are met with precision and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year full-time experience in both sign production and installation, strong technical skills, and proficiency in operating sign-making equipment and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the production process, including vinyl cutting, laminating, and substrate preparation.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation of client specifications and artwork.
• Conduct on-site installations of signage products, utilizing proper techniques and safety protocols.
• Operate various tools and equipment, such as large format printers, plotters, and installation tools, with precision and care.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production or installation, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a high standard of quality control throughout all stages of production and installation.

Requirements:

• At least 1-year full-time experience in both sign production and installation.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in operating sign-making equipment and tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, and client specifications accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel to job sites as needed.
