About the Opportunity

Xplor is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and objectives through the effective use of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support to customers across the Office platform, ensuring they have a seamless and successful experience.
  • Assign and manage tickets, responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the wider team to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions, providing expert advice to customers as needed.
  • Support the implementation of systems improvement initiatives and the introduction and roll-out of new technologies.
  • Monitor the performance of systems and assist with the identification of potential issues.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with a confident phone manner and active listening skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to resolve customer queries.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Awareness of your own strengths and areas for growth, with a desire to develop and apply new skills.
  • A true team player who understands the importance of collaboration and communication.
