Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Early Childhood Education Leader to spearhead our early childhood program.

About the Role:

  • Lead a diverse group of early childhood students with innovative and developmentally appropriate programs
  • Foster quality learning experiences guided by the Reggio Emilia approach, embracing Christian values
  • Develop and oversee the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) to drive excellence
  • Manage curriculum, staff engagement, and policy development to ensure seamless operations
  • Promote collaborative partnerships with families to support each child's growth and well-being
  • Effectively manage administrative tasks, including rostering and enrolment coordination
  • Collaborate with staff and the School Principal to achieve shared goals
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that encourages children to thrive

About You:

  • Bachelor-level qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Queensland Teacher Registration is required
  • Proven leadership or director experience in early learning services
  • Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF frameworks
  • Experience with Quality Improvement Plans and early learning policies
  • A deep commitment to Christian education and integrating faith into daily practice
