About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a driven veterinarian to expand their experience and leadership skills, shaping a thriving, harmonious, and supportive workplace. As Clinical Leader, you will assist in creating a collaborative environment, contributing to reporting, and reviewing histories while supporting the Business Manager with management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional clinical leadership, fostering a culture of teamwork and learning within the practice.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager to ensure effective management of resources and workflow.
- Promote a patient-focused approach, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in Emergency Veterinary Medicine, with a strong focus on ECC.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating teams and creating supportive environments.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to veterinary medicine, prioritising patient welfare and client relationships.
