Job Title: Retail Supervisor/Visual Merchandiser">

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor/Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in controlling and managing five key performance indicators (KPIs) in their store location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales targets through exceptional customer service and motivating store teams.">
  • Managing rosters and run sheets to ensure wages do not exceed wage targets.">
  • Recruiting, training, mentoring, and providing feedback to store teams.">
  • Ensuring store presentation and visual merchandising are of high standard to drive sales.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Twelve months previous management experience.">
  • Outstanding customer service skills.">
  • Ability to effectively lead, develop, and succession plan a team.">
  • Ability to confidently resolve conflict.">
  • Understanding of loss prevention strategies and visual merchandising techniques.">
  • Formal qualifications in Retail (Cert III or higher) is highly desirable.">
