We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. At Mini Masterminds, we provide high-quality care and education in a safe, welcoming environment.

The Role:

We have a permanent full-time position available at our Glenwood service for a Certificate III Early Childhood Educator. As an educator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum, and linking to the National Quality Framework
  • Create and maintain a positive work relationship with your team, families, and children
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills or willingness to learn
  • Hold a valid First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check
