Workplace Mental Health Specialist Role

This exciting opportunity is seeking an experienced Workplace Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the wellbeing and safety function, you will be responsible for delivering subject matter expertise in workplace mental health.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Psychology or a related field and experience working in workplace mental health and/or wellbeing roles. Strong knowledge of legislative requirements relating to psychosocial risk is essential.

You will work strategically with stakeholders to develop and implement wellbeing programs that support our safety strategy. Your excellent organisational skills, combined with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, will enable you to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop wellbeing programs and resources to support our safety strategy.
  • Provide specialist advice and targeted interventions on managing psychosocial risks.
  • Deliver presentations on wellbeing topics.
  • Work with wellbeing providers to ensure timely support delivery.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or a related field.
