Job Title:

Our organization is seeking a Policy and Project Coordinator to provide high-level project support for the delivery of our Respect 360 Program.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing recommendations from the TFS-SES Culture Review.
  • They will establish and maintain policy and doctrine, undertake research analysis, and generate relevant information and feedback.
  • Additionally, they will support the development of projects and programs to improve service delivery processes in the fire and emergency services environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A pre-employment check will be conducted to ensure the candidate's suitability for the role.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in reviewing and writing government policy would be an advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will have research and analysis qualifications and experience relevant to projects.
  • A high level of knowledge of operational and service delivery processes in the fire and emergency services environment is required.
