The Australian Trade Training College Ltd offers a unique opportunity for experienced Trainers to deliver training and assessment in civil construction trades.
As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for developing effective working relationships with apprentices and employers, while mentoring and training in the workplace. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality training and assessment in Certificate II & III qualifications
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of RTO programs
- Mentoring and supporting apprentices throughout their learning journey
- Planning and executing worksite visits and onsite training
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- RTO training experience and trade qualifications in a relevant industry
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage and inspire apprentices
A current Working with Children Blue Card and National Police Check are required. We look forward to receiving your application.
