We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at World Access Immigration PTY Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects in Australia.

• Project Planning and Coordination: Determine construction methods, materials, and quality standards, and draft and interpret specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods, and procedures.
• Site Management: Organize and direct site labor and the delivery of construction materials, plant, and equipment, and establish detailed programs for the coordination of site activities.
• Geotechnical Analysis: Obtain soil and rock samples at different depths across sites and test samples to determine strength, compressibility, and other factors that affect the behavior of soil and rock when a structure is imposed, and determine the safe loading for the soil.
• Cost Estimation and Control: Study architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to estimate total costs, and prepare detailed cost plans and estimates as tools to assist in budgetary control.
• Design Variations and Changes: Monitor changes to designs, assess effects on cost, and measure, value, and negotiate variations to designs.
• Structural Analysis: Analyze structural systems for both static and dynamic loads.
• Design and Development: Design structures to ensure they do not collapse, bend, twist, or vibrate in undesirable ways.
• Transportation Planning: Assess present and future travel flow patterns taking into account population increase and needs change, and design the physical aspects of transportation systems such as highways, railroads, urban transit, air transportation, logistical supply systems, and their terminals.

• Experience: At least 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Qualification: A Degree in Quantity Surveying or related qualification.
• Age: Below the age of 44.
• Language: Exceptional command of the English language.
