Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the President & Managing Director
  • Travel coordination and email management
  • Expense claim processing and meeting minutes organization
  • Drafting and formatting correspondence and diary management
  • Contribute to new staff onboarding and provide ad-hoc secretarial support
  • Assist with office equipment, supplies, and stationery for Executives and the EA team

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in office administration
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
