Secure Your Future as a Corporate Security Specialist

  • We are seeking an experienced Corporate Security Specialist to join our team in NSW. The role focuses on managing access control, monitoring critical systems, and providing security services to create safe environments.

This position requires a strong understanding of security protocols and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations. You will be responsible for performing static and roving duties, monitoring CCTV systems, and managing access control. Additionally, you will respond to alarms in compliance with global guidelines and escalate security breaches to the Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily security operations as planned by the site Security Supervisor
  • Participate in scheduled safety and security exercises (e.g., Fire Drills and Security Intrusion Exercises)
  • Maintain a collaborative working relationship with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (IT, Global Real Estate Facilities, Human Resources, Legal, etc.)
  • Enforce client badging and access control policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current NSW Security License
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different situations and make well-informed decisions with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working command of the English language (verbal & written)
  • IT proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong customer service orientation and sense of ownership
