Speech Pathologist

The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Speech Pathologist at Connect2Care, you will provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. You will work with clients with a range of disabilities, assessing and providing interventions to maximise their level of function, capacity, and social engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and provide interventions for children and adults with disabilities
- Work within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement
- Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
- Timely documentation and report writing
- Manage a varied caseload
- Meet company professional expectations, including meeting billables and effective client management
- Attend meetings, supervision, and personal development sessions as required
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
- Work across leading software platforms and online tools
Connect2Care offers a comprehensive New Graduate Program to support recent graduates in acquiring the skills needed to launch their careers. Requirements- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
- Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g. AHPRA/SPA)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable)
