The Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Speech Pathologist at Connect2Care, you will provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. You will work with clients with a range of disabilities, assessing and providing interventions to maximise their level of function, capacity, and social engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and provide interventions for children and adults with disabilities
  • Work within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement
  • Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
  • Timely documentation and report writing
  • Manage a varied caseload
  • Meet company professional expectations, including meeting billables and effective client management
  • Attend meetings, supervision, and personal development sessions as required
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
  • Work across leading software platforms and online tools
The New Grad Program

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g. AHPRA/SPA)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable)
  • Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle
