  • As a key player in Amazon Advertising, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our ad tech solutions across agencies and enterprise clients. You will build relationships with digital marketing decision makers to educate them on the benefits of deeper investment in programmatic advertising.

About the Role:

">
  1. Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) related to AdTech and lead their execution to achieve key goals.
  2. Understand advertisers' business and marketing strategies, technology stacks, and develop specific plans to utilize Amazon's ad tech solutions to meet their goals.
  3. Build relationships with key decision makers, educate them on the advantages of Amazon's ad tech solutions, and obtain support for execution plans.
  4. Contribute to overall business growth by understanding Amazon's ad tech strategies and demonstrating ownership of product functions and sales programs, developing strategies, creating plans, involving relevant teams, executing, and reporting results.

What We're Looking For:

">
  • 7+ years of B2B experience in sales or partnership development selling technology products, preferably in marketing and advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence in data use.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Bachelor's degree.
