About the Role

  • This position is ideal for individuals seeking a Housekeeping role with flexibility to work varying hours.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will provide housekeeping and cleaning services for accommodation types and public areas. Your goal will be to maintain the property's presentation to a consistent standard.

  • Clean and service accommodations and venue spaces in accordance with our Housekeeping Standards.
  • Manage linen changes, clean cabins, replenish stock, and record items in rooms.
  • Work collaboratively with a team or independently as required.

Casual roles are available offering approximately 20-25 hours per week. Availability over weekends, public/school holidays, and during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year is essential.

You'll Bring:

  • A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and engaging with guests.
  • Housekeeping experience.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations.
  • A flexible attitude to working hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A vibrant and proactive approach to working effectively within a busy team.
