About this role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents.

Your primary focus will be on driving a continuous improvement culture, acting as a clinical resource for staff, and focusing on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes. You will also be responsible for care planning in line with new standards and taking pride in your clinical documentation management skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a nursing degree and current AHPRA registration, as well as solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC. Additionally, you should have leadership experience in clinical care and a real desire to make a difference in people's lives.
