Program Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Program Management Specialist to join our Defence sector team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated advice and assessment strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert advice and assessment to projects and programs.
  • Ensure seamless information exchange across departments.
  • Support workforce management and engagement for program managers.
  • Establish and maintain project schedules and resource plans.
  • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
Requirements:
  • Security clearance
  • Defence experience
  • Extensive (greater than 12 years) experience in project/program support, preferably within secure ICT systems in the Defence domain or minimum of 8 years of Industry experience in Project Management
  • Detailed understanding of One Defence Capability System policies and processes
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing requirements
