Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
  2. Assist with admissions, scheduling, and patient flow.
  3. Greet and room patients, ensuring a positive experience.
  4. Document patient health and hospital histories accurately.
  5. Maintain up-to-date electronic medical records.
  6. Contribute to medical exams and procedures.
  7. Record vital signs and monitor patient status.
  8. Collect and process specimens as required.
  9. Provide patient education and counseling.
  10. Aid patients and families with paperwork.
  11. Prepare communication materials.
  12. Operate mobile medical units as needed.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. MA training program completion.
  3. CMA or CMOA certification.
  4. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic medical records.
  6. Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
