About the Role

This role involves supporting our Community Development Program sites in Arnhem Land. You will travel across different communities, covering vacancies while we recruit, providing relief to site managers and employees on annual leave, and offering extra support when needed.

To succeed in this position, you must be flexible, adventurous, and adaptable, with a knack for building strong relationships with existing employees and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Provide relief to Site Managers, Employment Consultants, Activity Coordinators, and Post Placement Support Officers.

- Champion our values and demonstrate a commitment to work health and safety.

Requirements

- Previous experience working in a Community Development Program, preferably as an Employment Consultant, Activity Coordinator, or Site Manager.

- Qualifications in Human, Social, or Community Services, or progress towards the same.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Highly effective interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills adapted to meet the needs of diverse groups.

Desirable

- Experience working with Aboriginal people in a remote environment.

- Prior experience working in the Northern Territory.
