About the RoleThe Hatch Advisory practice offers consulting services that leverage our engineering expertise to deliver value to clients. We work on a diverse range of projects that span the entire value chain, from transactions support to operational effectiveness.
You'll make a significant contribution to strategy development, design, and implementation as a Senior Advisory Analyst. You'll be a strong communicator, hardworking, and team-oriented, with a curiosity for finding solutions and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Lead analytical processes for complex workstreams, identifying solutions to barriers
- Deliver high-quality results on time, exceeding client expectations
- Contribute to proposal development for full engagement
- Take ownership of your work and the project overall
- Effectively lead and coach junior analysts through the analytical process
- Create compelling storylines and slides, tailored to the audience and situation
- Identify opportunities to showcase our work and support content creation
- Communicate seamlessly with team members, including Engagement Managers and SMEs
- Manage workstream budgets effectively
- Build strong relationships with clients
