Therapeutic Care Specialist

Deliver high-quality therapeutic care to children and young people aged 10 to 17 under Child Protection orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement best practice therapeutic interventions and program guidelines to ensure safety and care quality.
  • Support young people's education, social, and recreational pursuits, fostering independence.
  • Manage household duties and provide nutritious meals in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Effective team player with strong communication skills and active listening.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of multitasking.
  • Creative thinker with a non-judgmental approach.
  • Driver's license (minimum green P's) is essential for travel between locations.
  • Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification is required.
